Those services are governed by a separate written engagement letter and terms of business agreed with you. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, and no engagement begins until an engagement letter is signed by both parties.

No advice - important

The content on this website is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. It is not accounting, tax, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such.

In particular:

  • Nothing on the website takes account of your specific circumstances, financial position or objectives.

  • General information about financial management, reporting, forecasting, fundraising or similar topics is illustrative only. Outcomes depend heavily on facts we do not know about your business.

  • Case studies, examples, testimonials and figures describe past situations and are not a promise or prediction of results for you. Results vary.

  • Tax and accounting rules change, and content may become out of date. We are under no obligation to update it.

You should obtain specific professional advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on anything you read here. If you would like advice tailored to your business, please contact us to discuss a formal engagement.

Changes to the website and these terms

We may update these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when we last made changes. We may also update, change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website without notice.

If you contact us through the website, by email or by telephone, we will treat the fact and content of your enquiry as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as set out in our Privacy Policy. However, sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and no duty of care arises until an engagement letter is in place. Please do not send confidential or price-sensitive information before we have agreed terms.

We do not accept unsolicited business proposals, ideas or supplier pitches on a confidential basis. Anything you send us of that nature is sent on a non-confidential basis and we accept no obligation in respect of it.

We only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it to understand how we collect and handle your information.
